To start with, I’ve had to fire a girl due to drugs. She was on her way to being Lexington’s Lady Du Jour but messed it up. I will not work with subpar girls or there would be 25 on the site. If I hire a girl that meets the KyDesire Standards at first, I will fire them quickly if they become druggies.
Just as bad to me are the girls who have that “dependent escort” mentality (i,e. hate men, work in cliques with other women, feel like they own their clients, revel in their “independence” from men completely blind to the fact they rely on–or are dependent– on men for a living.)
Neither druggies nor the girls with the dependent escort mentality do anything for us.
Word to the wise, avoid druggies and the dependent escorts
–unless you want to be called unexpectedly out of the blue and hit up for money
I’ve got 3 interviews set up for this weekend and possibly a couple more to do. Hopefully, one or two of them will meet our standards and can get started soon.
